The Dutch organisation Nuffic has awarded a Grant to STC International (Lead Partner) and Partners (CINOP and IHE-DELFT Institute for Water Education). The recipient of the project is Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University and Chittagong Port Authority. The country of execution is Bangladesh.
The Dutch organisation Nuffic has awarded a Grant to STC International (Lead Partner) and Partners (CINOP, ROTC, STC-Southern Africa). Escola Superior de Ciências Náuticas (ESCN) is the recipient of this project. The aim of the project is the development of (a) tailor-made training for the (international) energy and maritime management sector.
From July 28th to August 3rd, the first activity of the first derivate agreement between STC and SENA was carried out in the city of Barranquilla. This agreement was signed during the visit of the Dutch Prime Minister to Colombia in November of 2018.
From 17 up to and including 21 June 2019, representatives of STC International visited its customers and relations in Chile. During this visit, STC International continued discussions with the municipality of San Antonio.
On Monday 01 July 2019 a delegation from the Ports of Abidjan (represented by the Director-General Sié Yacouba Hien) and San Pedro (represented by the Director-General Hilaire Marcel Lamizana) visited STC.
On the 11th of June 2019, a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) for an unlimited period of time has been signed between the Centro de Formación Técnica Estatal de la Región de Los Lagos, Chile (“CFT Región Los Lagos”) and STC International.
KBTU and STC International signed a new contract for one year ( 2019-2020) with an option for another year (2020-2021). The contract is for the management of KMA, the maritime faculty of KBTU.

On Wednesday 17th of April Albert Bos received the official certificate ISO 9001:2015 from Michel Hoencamp, Quist Maritime Services.
The last six months STC International has been working hard to pass the audit.
STC International and IPC Corporate University are in a long-term relationship regarding the improvement of the port operation training offering in Indonesia via train-the-trainer programmes and curricula development. A start has been made regarding the training of new trainers regarding didactical skills and knowledge, as well as curricula development for a number of operational courses in the port and terminal segment, which were identified as important in Indonesia.
