In these General Conditions STC Group Holding B.V., acting under the name STC
International shall be referred to as STC.
In these General Conditions “Client” shall mean every party who gives STC an assignment
(“the Assignment”) to provide:
– technical assistance, expert advice, including educational assistance, hereafter
indicated as ‘Projects”,
– training, education and courses, including short courses, hereafter indicated ‘Course
or Courses’, and similar assignments.
– mixed programs consisting of technical assistance, expert advice and course(s),
hereafter indicated as ‘Programs’.
