During this course, themes like port planning and development, innovation, energy transition, digitalization, stakeholder management, and port commercial business will be extensively discussed. Included is the micro-game called “Port Constructor”, which will give you a chance to gain practical insight into what is involved in managing and developing a port while dealing with issues like people, planet, prosperity. Candidates will be challenged to understand and use their analytical mindset to confront these challenges.

The programme consists of seven modules:

In the modules theory and best practices are combined with field visits.

This program is open for professionals with a bachelor degree in a field related to the port industry. We strive for a diverse group for interactive discussions, we encourage all port professionals to apply to this program.  

The Port Management Program is being offered by the Port of Rotterdam in cooperation with STC International.
